Product Description
D'ya feel like going pro? Wanna master the official game? Then you surely need a set of PRO balls. Pro is made with the official game in mind! It is more stable which makes calculating the direction of the bounce easier. Being heavier and bigger than the extreme ball makes it more accurate. So, the easiest way to have fun with a Waboba is to simply throw it so that it bounces on the water between you and a friend. Try different angles, catching it with one hand, bouncing it on waves etc. When practicing, you will soon find out that throwing and catching is fun teamwork, which requires some skill. The Beach Game adds the physical challenge necessary for a great game. Master it!

1 out of 5 stars Doesn't work   September 7, 2010

I am sure some kids or teens will be able to make it bounce, but my kids and their friends (10-11 year-olds) were unable to make it bounce. I think they need to be able to throw the ball hard enough in order to make it bounce. So if you have teen boys, I think it might work. Otherwise, you are in for disappointment.

5 out of 5 stars Pretty cool   July 29, 2010

We had seen this ball in stores while visiting Florida, but didn't buy one at that time. I decided I would get one for our Fall trip to the ocean. We had fun playing with it in a swimming pool...it skips across the water pretty fast. However, it doesn't float so I am curious as to how long it'll be before we lose it in the ocean. The directions say it will bounce really high off the water, but we didn't get to try that out since it was a community pool with lots of people around.

5 out of 5 stars Incredible Beach Toy (not for toddlers)   July 20, 2010

I can highly recommend this ball for anyone. Every person I've shown it to has went and bought their own. It's amazing how far you can throw it. The idea is that you skip it over the water. Now we've played from 30 yards but we've also played from 70 yards. The ball can really cruise once you get it down. It's very similar to skipping rocks if you can picture that. We made up a game... Basically it's 2 on 2 and you have to skip it to you partner and complete a pass with 1 skip. Then 2 skips. Then 3 and finally 4. If you get the ball it will mKe more sense but for 9 or 10 bucks this is a first rate beach toy that everyone will love. I give it a perfect rating. 10/10
