It is great for advance freestyle moves. This is why they are called "dirt bags". DirtBag Hacky Sacks are about 2 inches wide. A sand-filled footbag is heavier and much softer than its predecessor, a plastic pellet-filled footbag. The added softness and weight of sand allows beginners to stall the footbag like the "pros," but the footbag becomes less "kickable" because the sand absorbs the energy of a kick. Plastic pellets and steel ball bearings used as footbag filler reflect the energy of a kick, so are much easier to kick when doing spins and "flyer moves" where the hacky sack is kicked high into the air. This was exactly what was advertised. It came in a timely fashion and my 12 year old son has enjoyed playing with it since Christmas. I have to tell him to take it outside, but even if he gets too wild inside, it won't destroy too much.

This Dirtbag brand Footbag is of excellent quality. It is durable, (I think, because I have only had it about half a year now)and perfect for playing hakey-sack or just doing tricks with by yourself or with freinds. It is heavier than the Hackey Sack brand bags, and so it seems to stick to your foot better. Also, it is filled with dirt, or sand, or something like that, so it seems to mold to your foot instead of just bouncing off like many bean filled bags do. There is no guarantee to what color you will receive, and that is stated in the title, however, color is not a big factor for me. Mine is purple and white. It will get dirty rather quickly, but that is not to big of a deal, I can usually just roll it around in my hands and get it fairly clean again.
In summary, if you want a good Footbag at a reasonable price, this is the one to get.

Minus the choice in color, however that was my issue, not theirs. I didn't have an opportunity to choose the colors that I wanted. They stall well, are sewn well. Great product for those that prefer the dirt over beads. I would definitely buy from them again, but I'd e-mail to ask what colors they have available.
